Teton Valley Health Care Financial Status June 26, 2008
Teton Valley Health Care (TVHC) is owned by Teton County, Idaho, and is managed by its seven-member Governing Board, appointed by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). This form of ownership can result in funding restrictions hampering TVHC's ability to secure financing for it operations. Presently, we receive approximately $32,000 annually from County property taxes through a budget line-item. We do not receive funding from County hospital tax district.
